You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 28phcash login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 28phcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

28phcash supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

28phcash may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 28phcash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 28phcash Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 28phcash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 28phcash Platform without prior written consent from 28phcash.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 28phcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
28phcash does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In any event, 28phcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 28phcash account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, 28phcash may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 28phcash.
You may close your 28phcash account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
28phcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the 28phcash Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 28phcash, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate this process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
For matters relating to online gaming regulation, PAGCOR serves as the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 28phcash may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
